  • No return, exchange, or refund will be accepted based on personal satisfaction. Perceptions and preferences vary from person to person.
  • No return, exchange or refund for size issues. Kindly check size chart in website & order.
  • Since all the products are checked properly and dispatched, we do not accept return requests unless the item is damaged, or if you receive the wrong product.
  • If you are affected by any of the above-mentioned ones, you can claim your exchange or refund request through WhatApp 9342299407.
  • Exchange request can be initiated only ‘once per order’  and ‘within 1 (one) day of delivery of the order’, given following conditions are satisfied:
  1. Product(s) should be unused & unwashed
  2. Tags should be intact
  3. Product(s) is/are not purchased in sale/discounted price
  4. Product(s) is/are not custom altered
  5. Unpacking video(without pause) is must for damage and wrong product received.
  6. Customer will have to send parcel back to us.
  7. Approved exchanges will be delivered within 7-10 Days
